The Ashes Have Voices courageously shares stories of five Black women. Initially written as a reflection of the authors’ life lessons to their younger selves, the book evolved into a journey of healing and victory.
The book is a collaboration by authors Cynthia “CJ” Jones, M. Antoinette Walker, Nichole Woods, Ericka Loynes, and Celeste Jona. This dynamic book was released on February 8, 2022.
The release of the book notably took place during Black History Month and the authors appeared at various venues including book signing events and interviews.
